Sometimes we need time to replenish our energy.  With all of our busy schedules and the lack of time everyone seems to have, I believe it is imperative that we pay attention to this.  There are many examples such as; meditation, exercise, going for a walk, sleeping or sitting next to a beach or lake and taking all of the scenery in.  If you have issues with setting time aside, plan for it.  Put into your calendar and stick to your own regimen or schedule.  I know of people that go on vacation and then return, only to need time to recover from the busy schedule they held to while on a trip. To me that somehow seems to defeat the purpose of a vacation.  It would do all of us and those around you a lot of good if we were to feel refreshed and energized.  This can only come from maintaining balance and it is something we should all strive to achieve.  I know that work, children, school or caring for somebody can be draining.  Remember to set some time and invest in yourself.  Good health, both physical and mental are at the core of our foundation.  In working towards this accomplishment we should be able to achieve piece of mind that everything else will fall into place.
